This is for the kind information of all valued shareholders of Aramit PLC that the 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on 04 March 2026 at 10:30 a.m. through virtual platform, has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

The Annual General Meeting has been rescheduled to be held on 15 April 2026 at 11:00 a.m. through virtual platform.
